Application: Refers to the official mobile application operated under the brand name SEYA AUORA, available on Android, iOS, or any other supported platforms, through which Users may access the Platform's digital, AI-powered, advisory, and guidance-based services.
Website: Refers to the official website of SEYA AUORA accessible at www.seyaauora.com, including all associated webpages, subdomains, landing pages, and web-based services operated by the Company.
Platform or Platforms: Refers to all digital systems, applications, software, tools, AI services, and related infrastructure owned, operated, or controlled by SEYA AI SOLUTIONS, including current and future versions, updates, features, and services. It may integrate with third-party services, which are independently owned and not controlled by the Company unless explicitly stated.

Chat Bot / Virtual Assistant: Refers to AI-powered conversational tools made available through the Platform that provide automated informational, educational, awareness-based, or guidance-related responses based on User interactions and programmed logic.
Knowledge Base Assistant: Refers to an AI-enabled system that generates responses based on structured datasets, curated documents, predefined knowledge repositories, or informational resources integrated into the Platform.
Knowledge Providers: Refers to individuals or entities that contribute, manage, curate, or maintain informational content, datasets, or domain expertise utilized by AI systems or Knowledge Base Assistants available on the Platform.
Service Providers: Refers to all individuals or entities authorized, engaged, or permitted to deliver, facilitate, support, or provide Services through the SEYA AUORA Platform. Service Providers may operate either directly on behalf of SEYA AUORA or in an independent professional capacity, depending on their engagement structure. Service Providers may include Internal Service Providers and External Service Providers as defined herein.
Internal Service Providers: Refers to authorized personnel, in-house professionals, designated representatives, affiliated team members, or officially appointed individuals of SEYA AUORA who are authorized to deliver consultations, sessions, interpretive services, reports, advisory guidance, educational programs, or other Platform Services in their official capacity on behalf of the Company. Internal Service Providers act under the operational policies, compliance framework, and oversight of SEYA AUORA.
External Service Providers: Refers to independent freelancers, consultants, advisors, practitioners, specialists, or third-party entities who are engaged, onboarded, or permitted to provide Services through the Platform on a contractual or freelance basis. External Service Providers operate in their own independent professional capacity and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of SEYA AUORA unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Experts: Refers to human professionals, advisors, consultants, astrologers, facilitators, practitioners, or subject-matter specialists who provide consultations, sessions, reports, insights, interpretive outputs, or informational guidance through the Platform. Experts constitute a category of Service Providers and may function either as Internal Service Providers or External Service Providers, depending on their engagement structure.
Third-Party Service Providers: Refers to external entities, vendors, platforms, institutions, infrastructure providers, technology partners, or operational service providers that are not owned or directly controlled by SEYA AUORA but whose systems, services, tools, infrastructure, or integrations may be utilized to enable, support, secure, enhance, or facilitate the functioning of the Platform. Virtual Assistant Creators: Refers to individuals or entities responsible for designing, training, configuring, maintaining, or supervising AI-powered Virtual Assistants hosted on the Platform.
Cookies: Refers to small data files placed on a User's Device by the Website or Application to recognize preferences, enhance functionality, analyze traffic, improve performance, and personalize user experience.
Local Storage (DOM Storage): Refers to client-side storage technology used by web browsers or applications to store data persistently on a User's Device, similar to cookies but with greater storage capacity.
IP Address: Refers to a numerical identifier assigned to a Device when it connects to the internet, which may be used for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and service optimization purposes.
Consent: Refers to any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of agreement by a User to the processing of their Personal Data for specified purposes.
Information Automatically Collected#
SEYA AUORA may collect information automatically whenever you access our services. This includes your IP address, browser type, device specifications, operating system, language, clickstream data, URLs visited, timestamps, session interactions (such as clicks, scrolls, and mouse movements), app configuration, and advertising identifiers such as IDFA/IDVF. We may also gather log data for security purposes, analytics, and operational improvements. Biometric data, if collected, is stored for 24 hours for security and verification purposes. This automatic data collection helps us maintain the functionality, security, and performance of our platforms.
Collection of Personal Information#
6.1 Registration and Account Creation: SEYA AUORA collects personal information directly from Users at the time of registration and account creation on the Platform. In order to establish a valid User profile, certain information is mandatory, including the User's mobile phone number for One-Time Password (OTP) verification. OTP verification is required to authenticate identity, secure access to the Platform, and prevent unauthorized registrations. The registered phone number may also be used to facilitate consultation services. In such instances, the Platform acts as an intermediary to route calls, and the User's personal phone number is not disclosed or made accessible to the Astrologer or any third party. The User is also required to provide a first name at the time of registration. Last name and Date of Birth (DOB) may be optionally provided.
6.2 Contact, Transaction, and Service-Related Information: In addition to registration data, SEYA AUORA may collect contact information such as email address and phone number, transaction data including in-app purchases and order history, and service-related inputs necessary to deliver the services requested by the User. This may include chat messages, AI chatbot interactions, consultation inputs, personal situations voluntarily shared for guidance, program participation details, session notes, and feedback provided during or after consultations. Such information is collected solely for the purpose of providing the specific services enrolled in by the User. Payment-related transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, and SEYA AUORA does not store full financial instrument details except as permitted or required under applicable laws.
6.3 Technical, Device, and Third-Party Information: The Platform may automatically collect certain technical and device-related information when Users access or interact with the Website or Application. This may include IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, usage patterns, and analytics data. Additionally, limited information may be received from third-party sources such as app stores, integrated service providers, analytics partners, or external APIs. Such information is collected and processed for security, fraud prevention, service optimization, technical functionality, analytics, and regulatory compliance purposes.
6.4 Legal Compliance: All collection and processing of Personal Data by SEYA AUORA are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, relevant rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data is collected and processed only to the extent reasonably necessary for account administration, service delivery, platform improvement, security enforcement, legal compliance, fraud prevention, analytics, communication, and other legitimate operational purposes.
Children's Privacy#
SEYA AUORA is intended for use by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Platform, Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.
While certain informational content on the Website may be viewable without registration, the Platform is not designed, directed, or intentionally targeted toward children under the age of thirteen (13). SEYA AUORA does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to the Platform without verifiable parental consent, they are encouraged to contact SEYA AUORA immediately. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law#
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation, validity, scope, or enforceability, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any amendments thereto.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. If the parties fail to mutually appoint an arbitrator within thirty (30) days of a written request for arbitration, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The seat and legal place of arbitration shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the foregoing arbitration clause, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to interim relief, enforcement of arbitral awards, or any non-arbitral disputes under applicable law.

SEYA AI SOLUTIONS processes Personal Data through automated and/or manual means for specific, lawful, and legitimate purposes directly connected with the operation of the Platform, the provision of Services, and the fulfilment of contractual, regulatory, and legal obligations.
Personal Data is processed to create, verify, and manage User accounts through secure authentication mechanisms, including OTP verification, and to develop and maintain user profiles tailored to individual preferences, interactions, and service requirements.
Personal Data is further processed to facilitate digital subscriptions, in-app purchases, auto-renewable services, and payment transactions, including financial processing, accounting management, billing administration, and fraud detection. It is also used to provide customer support, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, maintain secure records, enhance personalization, improve service functionality, conduct analytics, monitor system performance, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure cybersecurity resilience.
Additionally, Personal Data may be processed to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, court orders, governmental requests, or law enforcement obligations. Subject to applicable consent requirements, Personal Data may also be used for marketing communications, promotional campaigns, service updates, and product announcements.

Optional Information and Service-Specific Data Collection#
The collection of certain optional information, including Date of Birth (DOB), place of birth, time of birth, gender, language preferences, photographs (where voluntarily submitted), location details, spiritual or belief-related preferences, and other user-submitted content, is intended to enhance personalization and improve the relevance and accuracy of services such as numerology reports, Vastu consultations, meditation guidance, PDF-based spiritual or analytical reports, and live consultations conducted via video call, audio call, or chat.
Where Users participate in live video, audio, or chat-based consultations, visual or audio recordings and communication transcripts may be processed for quality assurance, contractual performance, compliance, training, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes.
Failure to provide optional information shall not prevent Users from registering on the Platform or accessing general features. However, personalized services may be limited where the necessary inputs are not provided by the users.
All information collected is processed in a lawful, transparent, necessary, and proportionate manner under applicable data protection laws, including on the basis of User consent and/or for the performance of contractual services requested by the User.
For clarity, the services offered through SEYA AUORA, including but not limited to numerology, Vastu, meditation guidance, spiritual insights, or related reports, are informational and spiritual in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Digital Wallet and In-App Credits#
17.1 Creation and Operation of Wallet: The Platform may provide Users with a digital wallet, credit balance, token system, prepaid account, or similar stored-value mechanism ("App Wallet") for the purpose of enabling payments, subscriptions, consultations, program participation, or access to services available on the Platform.
By using the App Wallet, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Wallet is a limited-purpose, non-transferable, non-interest-bearing digital facility; it does not constitute a bank account, deposit account, or financial instrument; and it is intended solely for transactions within the Platform unless otherwise expressly permitted.
17.2 Information Collected for Wallet Transactions: In connection with the App Wallet, the Company may collect and process transaction history, recharge and usage details, payment method information, billing and invoicing data, refund and dispute records, and payment gateway confirmations. The Company does not store full card details unless expressly permitted under applicable payment regulations and industry standards.
17.3 Use and Disclosure of Wallet Data: Wallet-related data may be processed for processing payments and subscriptions, fraud prevention and risk monitoring, compliance with financial regulations, chargeback handling and dispute resolution, and internal accounting, audit, and regulatory reporting. The User authorizes the Company to share relevant Wallet information with payment processors, banks, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or auditors as required by law or contractual obligations.
17.4 Refunds, Forfeiture, and Retention: The Company reserves the right to reverse suspicious or unauthorized transactions, suspend Wallet access in case of suspected fraud or policy violation, and retain transaction records in compliance with statutory retention requirements. Wallet balances may be subject to expiry, forfeiture, or non-refundability in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
Information Shared About Third Parties#
18.1 User Responsibility for Third-Party Data: The Platform may permit Users to voluntarily submit, enter, upload, or disclose personal information relating to third parties, including but not limited to family members, friends, dependents, or other individuals ("Third-Party Data"), for purposes such as consultations, assessments, program participation, or service personalization.
By submitting Third-Party Data, the User expressly represents and warrants that they have obtained lawful, informed, and valid consent from the concerned individual(s) to share such information with the Company; they are legally authorized to provide such data; the information provided is accurate and not misleading; and the submission does not violate any applicable law, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.
18.2 Limited Role of the Company: The Company shall process Third-Party Data solely based on the User's representations and shall not be obligated to independently verify whether consent has been obtained from the concerned individual. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, disputes, liabilities, or damages arising out of unauthorized or unlawful sharing of Third-Party Data.
18.3 Rights of the Concerned Individual: If any individual whose information has been shared contacts the Company and establishes their identity, the Company may provide access, correction, or deletion of such data in accordance with applicable law. The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity and authority before processing such requests.
18.4 Sensitive or Minor Information: If the Third-Party Data relates to a minor; sensitive personal data; or health, financial, or confidential information, the User confirms that they have obtained explicit consent from the concerned individual or are legally authorized (for example, as a parent or lawful guardian) to provide such information.
Account Registration Information#
When creating an account or registering on the Platform, Users may be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to their full name, email address, mobile number, password or OTP authentication details, date of birth, gender, location (city and country), and an optional profile photograph. Such information is collected for purposes including identity verification, account administration, user authentication, service personalization, security management, and communication relating to the User's account.
Where applicable, any "Sensitive Personal Data or Information" as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, shall be collected and processed strictly in accordance with applicable legal requirements and with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
Service-Specific Information#
To deliver astrology-based services such as but not limited to Kundlis, horoscopes, numerology reports, Vastu consultations, meditation guidance, downloadable personalized PDF reports, Palm reading, services conducted via AI assistants, live consultations via video, audio, or chat, or by any means of service delivery, the Platform may collect or ask additional information voluntarily provided by Users. This may include but is not limited to date of birth, birth time, and place of birth, spiritual or belief-related preferences, consultation queries, consents, descriptions, related documents, images relevant to the service, and communication data exchanged during consultations.
Such information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the specific service requested by the User and is processed on the basis of User consent and/or contractual necessity. Where such information is not provided, certain personalized services may be limited in scope.
Payment and Transaction Information#
When booking paid services, Users may be required to provide billing details and payment-related information. Financial information, including credit card, debit card, UPI, bank account details, or other payment instrument data, is processed through secure third-party payment gateways in accordance with industry security standards.
SEYA AUORA does not store complete financial card information. Payment data is handled in accordance with the privacy and security policies of the respective payment service provider.

The Platform automatically collects certain technical and usage-related information when Users access or interact with the Website or application.
